A space where we can lean into community, where the mothers are held as lovingly as we hold our children, where we are able to be nurtured side by side, experiencing life as ceremony together.
A space where the flames of our littles ones are tended through outdoor creative play. Held by nature, heart led activities and a village of caring mothers.
A space where we can slow down, allow our nervous systems to rest. To unwind motherhood, and integrate our experiences through sharing art, craft, games, journaling, ceremony and song.
A space to deeply honour matrescense as a rite of passage. To name the challenges, to witness, heal, and harness them.
A space to be held, seen, and supported. To sit with other mothers and invite joy and reassurance into our journey as we process our changes together.
A space where all children can move freely in and out as they please, where their presence in the circle will always be welcomed.
-
You can join wherever you are on your motherhood journey! Integrating our experiences as a mother does not have to happen immediately after birth.
Children of all ages are welcome! Activities are aimed at ages 2-12.
-
Please bring a pen and notebook for journalling.
Please bring suitable clothing for all weathers as we will often be outdoors, and something warm and cosy for when sitting in circle.
You are welcome to come with or without your children!
If you wish to be able to focus more intently on content during the circle you are more than welcome to bring another parent or carer to watch over your child, we just respectfully ask that the circle is kept for mothers/women (and our children).

Let us listen to each other with open hearts and ears.
Let us be curious about each other’s stories. Everyone can share their joys and sorrows here, without judgement.
All the feelings that arise are legitimate. We do not doubt each other’s feelings.
Only give advice when someone specifically asks for it. It is a space of non-judgement, acceptance, and seeking understanding.
Everyone is equal. It doesn’t matter who comes with what, everyone adds value. Each person adds something to the circle and makes it whole.
Trust and confidentiality. In order to deepen our sharing and to know that we can say anything, it is important that everything spoken of in the circle will remain confidential
